About Me

My name is Jordan Sabo, I'm a junior at Ledyard High School and I'm planning a volunteer trip with a group called Amigos De Las Americas to the Dominican Republic, where I will be living for the summer of 2016. During this trip, I will be living in a rural village with one other high school student from the US, and I will be living with a family and doing two projects in the community. One will be with the youth (running a four hour summer camp everyday, painting a school mural, etc) and another to build leadership with the teens & adults (building a school, working on getting clean water, etc.)

Basket Raffle

I have submitted a fundraiser request form and a building use request form at my school and I'm hoping to have a basket raffle to fundraise. Here's my aimed date: January 9th, times TBD. Probably between the hours of 10-5 or so, in the LHS cafeteria. If anyone is willing to donate items towards a basket or knows of a company that will donate please contact me, if not, I will update you with the official time and date. Hope you all consider coming!
